We want you to be fully satisfied with your custom typing experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all mechanical keyboards and accessories in their original condition. Please ensure all keycaps, cables, and tools are included in the return package to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Place the keyboard in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all switches and stabilizers are protected, and include a printed copy of your RMA form inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days of receiving your RMA.

Inspection and Refund

Our technicians will inspect the hardware for signs of use or modification; once cleared, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
