Everything you need to know about upgrading your typing experience.

What is the difference between linear, tactile, and clicky switches?

Linear switches are smooth and quiet, tactile switches have a noticeable bump when pressed, and clicky switches offer both a tactile bump and an audible click sound.

How long does shipping take for custom builds?

Standard orders ship within 2 business days, while custom-built mechanical keyboards typically require 5-7 business days for assembly and testing before dispatch.

Do your keyboards work with both Windows and macOS?

Yes, most of our keyboards are compatible with both operating systems. Many models include a physical toggle switch and extra keycaps for Mac-specific layouts.

What is your return policy for mechanical keyboards?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all keyboards in original condition. Please note that custom-lubed switches or bespoke builds may be subject to a restocking fee.

What does 'Hot-Swappable' mean?

A hot-swappable PCB allows you to change your keyboard switches without soldering. You can simply pull the switches out and plug in new ones to change the feel of your board.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our mechanical keyboards and accessories worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
